Over the last 14 years we have collected performance feedback from site managers on over 35,000 workers. A workers performance is based on 6 areas, Ability to follow instructions, Attitude, Motivation ,Productivity, Quality of Work and Reliability. As workers continue to prove themselves and are placed with other clients we build up a reliable picture of what the worker can and can't do. A worker needs to have a average score of at least 7/10 for us to consider placing them on another job.

A workers overall performance score averaged across all the jobs they have worked on for us acts as a confidence rating and answers the key questions How good is this worker? How confident can we be that the worker will perform well for a client in the future?
